Keto Sheet Pan Supper

Equipment

  • baking sheet pan lined with foil
  • food scale and measuring cups and spoons

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Broccoli Florets
  • 1 Cup Cauliflower Florets
  • 1 Cup Zucchini sliced Sliced
  • 1 Cup White mushrooms sliced Sliced
  • 1 Cup Grape Tomatoes Whole
  • 1 lb Smoked Sausage Sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil Extra Virgin
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 375°F
  • Place all of the ingredients (except tomatoes) into a large bowl and toss until everything is coated with olive oil .
  • Place contents of bowl onto a full sized, foil lined baking sheet. Spread Evenly.
  • Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes then add tomatoes and stir to make sure everything heats evenly.
  • Cook for another 10 minutes.
  • Check meat with meat thermometer to make sure food is cooked thoroughly 165°F.

Notes

Chopped garlic and other fresh herbs are a great addition to this recipe.  You can also substitute other low carb vegetables that are in season such as: asparagus, green peppers or brussels sprouts.
