Ingredients

  • 1 doz Chicken legs skin on
  • 6 Tablespoons Chipotle Lime Mayo Primal Kitchen
  • 1 tsp Season Salt Real Salt Organic
  • 1 small lime cut into wedges
  • 4 sprigs cilantro fresh, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Coarse

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
  • Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Coat each piece of chicken with the Chipotle Lime Mayo and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle each piece of chicken with Real Salt Organic Season Salt and Black Pepper
  • Place uncovered into oven and bake for 45 minutes.
  • Make sure to check temperature for proper doneness.
  • Plate chicken and sprinkle with chopped fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lime .
