- 1 doz Chicken legs skin on
- 6 Tablespoons Chipotle Lime Mayo Primal Kitchen
- 1 tsp Season Salt Real Salt Organic
- 1 small lime cut into wedges
- 4 sprigs cilantro fresh, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Coarse
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Coat each piece of chicken with the Chipotle Lime Mayo and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle each piece of chicken with Real Salt Organic Season Salt and Black Pepper
- Place uncovered into oven and bake for 45 minutes.
- Make sure to check temperature for proper doneness.
- Plate chicken and sprinkle with chopped fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lime .
