Chipotle Lime Chicken with Cilantro

  • baking sheet
  • 1 doz Chicken legs (skin on)
  • 6 Tablespoons Chipotle Lime Mayo (Primal Kitchen )
  • 1 tsp Season Salt (Real Salt Organic)
  • 1 small lime (cut into wedges)
  • 4 sprigs cilantro (fresh, chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper (Coarse)
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F.

  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

  3. Coat each piece of chicken with the Chipotle Lime Mayo and place on the prepared baking sheet.

  4. Sprinkle each piece of chicken with Real Salt Organic Season Salt and Black Pepper

  5. Place uncovered into oven and bake for 45 minutes.

  6. Make sure to check temperature for proper doneness.

  7. Plate chicken and sprinkle with chopped fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lime .
