Chopped Romaine Keto Salad
- 2 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
- 1/2 cup black olives (whole pitted)
- 1/2 cup green olives (whole pitted – mild)
- 1/2 cup kalamatta Olives (whole pitted)
- 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbles
- 1/2 cup mozzarella (cubed)
- 1 Tbs Pumpkin Seeds (Roasted)
- 10 cherry tomato
- 1/2 cup bacon bits (pre-cooked)

mix all ingredients in a bowl and serve with a salad dressing or olive oil of your choosing.
