- 2 cups romaine lettuce chopped
- 1/2 cup black olives whole pitted
- 1/2 cup green olives whole pitted - mild
- 1/2 cup kalamatta Olives whole pitted
- 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbles
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cubed
- 1 Tbs Pumpkin Seeds Roasted
- 10 cherry tomato
- 1/2 cup bacon bits pre-cooked
Instructions
- mix all ingredients in a bowl and serve with a salad dressing or olive oil of your choosing.
